Day 1 (27 September 2024) - Arrival into Santiago

Arrive in Santiago, your base for the next two nights. Santiago, Chile’s capital, and largest city, sits in a valley surrounded by the snow-capped Andes and the Chilean Coast Range. Santiago is a wonderful place for strolling, and each neighbourhood has its unique flavour and tone. Head out for the day to take in the museums, grand architecture and pedestrian malls of the Centro, before spending an afternoon in one of the gorgeous hillside parks that punctuate the city's landscape.

Day 2 (28 September 2024) - Enjoy Santiago with optional excursions available

The city’s diversity shines through in Santiago's many contrasting neighbourhoods. Set out to explore the city streets and you’ll discover beautiful and original art galleries, designer shops and handicraft markets, as well as a great selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Visit downtown Santiago to get a real feel for the city. Learn more about the country in its many fine museums or wander around the famous Central Market – a gourmet’s delight.

Day 3 (29 September 2024) - Today fly to Easter Island

Today fly to Easter Island, our base for the next four nights. Easter Island, a Chilean territory, is a remote volcanic island in Polynesia famed for archaeological sites, including nearly 900 monumental statues called moai, created by inhabitants during the 13th–16th centuries.

Days 4 and 5 (30 September and 01 October 2024) - Enjoy sightseeing on Easter Island with optional stargazing available

Enjoy the next few days sightseeing on Easter Island including some of the most famous sites - Ahu Akahanga, Rano Raraku, Ahu Tongariki, Ahu Te Pito Kura y Anakena, Rano Kau y Orongo Ana te Pahu, Aku Akivi and Puna Pau quarry. Optional stargazing will be available on one of the evenings.

Day 6 (02 October 2024) - Eclipse Day

Today we will take you to our chosen spot to observe the eclipse. The sun will be high in the sky at the time of the eclipse.

Day 7 (03 October 2024) - Today join your return flight to Santiago for the last night of the tour

Join your return flight to Santiago and enjoy your last evening in Santiago. A final chance to take in the snow-capped peaks of the Andes, enjoy a few more punchy pisco sour cocktails, and view the towering, modern high rises, and bustling markets.

Day 8 (04 October 2024) - Join your return flight or perhaps extend your stay

Today is the last day of the tour. Join your return flight unless you have chosen to extend your stay.
