If you make a reservation on one of our projects, our service providers (such as ground agents or airlines) will require additional information such as passport information, home address, etc. When possible we will obtain assurances from these third parties that such information will be safeguarded and only used to enable them to provide the required services and that the information will not be held beyond the time of provision of that service. The information will not be retained on our database beyond the time it may be required by official regulators or government departments.
Payment Information
We do not use direct payment gateways on this site. If you make a reservation with us we will provide you with a link to our specialist Merchant Service provider which adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We will not store any payment information on our database.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
