Booked the Classical Spain eclipse tour with Astro Trails, we very much enjoyed the tour and it’s format. Good food and accommodation in well choses sites. We did feel however that some of the Hotels struggled to come with so large a group. The eclipse observation site was great, and the weather cooperated for the eclipse.

We had such a pleasurable time in Spain with your recent Tour and loved the magical Eclipsed setting Sun with Siquenza Castle as the back drop. Thank you so very much for all the extreme hard work that was done by all to give us such a memorable and enjoyable Solar Eclipse experience whilst staying in such comfortable hotels.

I'd like to say a big thank you to everybody who worked on this tour but particularly to those of the team who were out there with us in Spain.

They worked tirelessly and were always friendly and pleasant with big smiles. They were very well organised and it could not have been easy co-ordinating such a large group. I thought the whole tour was very well run and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

We enjoyed our trip with Astro Trails to see the 2026 total solar eclipse in Spain. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotels very good and everything was organised so that we had a good view of the total solar eclipse - which was fantastic! I was maybe expecting slightly more explanation of the eclipse from the staff but that was more than made up for by some of the other travellers in the group who were very knowledgeable and happy to talk about all things eclipse - many of them had seen multiple eclipses and seemed to be experts. There was a lot of camaraderie on the day with people letting us view through telescopes or on iPads during the partial phases and pointing out interesting features.

Many thanks again for organising such a superb trip to Spain for the eclipse. My wife and I had a brilliant time.

Definitely picked the right tour (Classical Spain 1), liked the city-hopping format and using trains. Overall had a great time. We didn’t do any of the excursions, just picked what we wanted to see. Siguenza excellent choice for Eclipse Day; interesting town, great views from Castle - shame about traffic jams getting back to Madrid, but that was the eclipse’s fault not yours! On the whole hotels very good, food excellent.

The eclipse trip was incredible, truly divinely inspired.
I would like to commend the tour leader’s execution. I think his name is Javier, tall gentleman with dark hair. He masterfully managed this event. I am an initiative project leader so fully appreciate the timing and flawless orchestration required to pull something like this off.
Exceptional project management was evident throughout the trip. All the colleagues worked as an effective team.

We boarded SH Diana, chartered by Astro Trails, in Iceland, to explore parts of Iceland and mostly to see the total eclipse in Greenland. Crew of SH Diana was exceptional - food, service, enthusiasm for our experience all top notch. Expedition crew was knowledgeable, affable and obviously excited to serve, lead, educate us. Special call outs to Becca and Mike, who were exceptional presenters. And, the vessel was in great shape, beautiful. weather forecast for the eclipse was dodgy, but we must be living right. mostly clear skies and a brilliant sight.
