Day 1 (20th July 2028) - Arrival into Sydney
Arrive in Sydney for a four-night stay in a central Sydney hotel. The capital of New South Wales Sydney is a vibrant coastal metropolis known for its stunning harbour, iconic opera house, and surf beaches. It has a warm sunny climate, a rich diverse dining scene and combines high-energy urban life with a laid-back, outdoor lifestyle.

Day 2 (21st July 2028) - Day at leisure in Sydney with optional excursions available (B)
A day at leisure in Sydney to enjoy the sights and sounds of this scenic capital city with its iconic harbour views, world-famous beaches, and vibrant cultural experiences. Sydney highlights include the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, the historic Rocks precinct, taking a ferry to Manly Beach or the Northern Beaches, enjoying fish and chips at Doyles on the Beach at Watson Bay, relaxing at Bondi Beach or visiting the wildlife at Taronga Zoo. Planned optional excursions today include a Sydney Harbour Cruise and a visit to Sydney Observatory and Museum.
Day 3 (22nd July 2028) - Eclipse Day (B)
Today is eclipse day! Our exclusive eclipse observation site is at Fleet Steps, which forms part of Sydney's Royal Botanic Gardens. The site looks directly across to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, and we are restricting numbers at the site to ensure that there is a good amount of space for everyone to enjoy the spectacle in comfort. The site will host an astronomy hub with information and advice on the eclipse and there will be live music to add to the ambiance. We plan to have food and beverage available onsite to purchase. This tour includes access to the observation site today.

Day 4 (23rd July 2028) - Day at leisure in Sydney with optional excursions available (B)
Today spend a further day exploring this wonderful city. Planned optional excursions include a visit to the Blue Mountains, a stunning World Heritage-listed region west of Sydney, renowned for its dramatic sandstone cliffs, eucalyptus forests, and the iconic Three Sisters rock formation, offering breathtaking views of the Jamison Valley. Enjoy your last evening in Sydney.

Day 5 (24th July 2028) - Last day of the tour or perhaps extend your stay (B)
Today is the last day of the tour. Join your return flight home. Unless you have chosen to extend your stay.

For single travellers, we are usually able to arrange shared accommodation with a person of the same gender – this is known as ’twin share’ accommodation. Choose the share twin room option (male or female) on the booking form.
*The per person cost is based on twin or double bed hotel rooms with a private bathroom

*Costings are based on prices from January 2026. All bookings on our projects are governed by our Terms and Conditions.​ The AUD conversion Rate of Exchange used in this project is 2.00 for GBP prices and 1.5 for USD prices. ​​

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TOUR?

Access to the Eclipse Festival at Fleet Steps, Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney on 22nd July 2028 for eclipse observation.

Accommodation on the tour from check-in on Day 1 (usually around 3pm) to check-out (usually around 10am) on the final day of the tour.

International flights to/from Australia. Our flight partner, Star Travel UK, can assist with an international flight quote approximately 11 months in advance of the tour departure.
